Curriculum of Bachelor of Arts Degree in English, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani: Three Dimensional Perspectives

Abstract
This research was conducted to 1) analyze the Curriculum of Bachelor of Arts Degree in English (revised B.E. 2537), Humanities and Social Sciences Faculty, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani in terms of 1.1) satisfactions of contents, teaching and learning methods and instructors qualifications from 13 instructors points of view; 1.2) satisfactions of contents, instructors qualifications, benefits and applications of the subjects for higher education and work performance from 42 graduates points of view and 1.3) satisfactions of the graduates characteristics, including academic and professional abilities; professional morality and attitudes; personality and interpersonal relationship from 24 employers points of view, and 2) compare the results for the overall evaluation of the curriculum. The study discovered that the three groups of the samples had high levels of satisfactions of all items mentioned in the objectives. The comparison among the three groups of samples satisfactions also revealed no difference.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์หลักสูตรศิลปศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาภาษาอังกฤษ หลักสูตรปรับปรุง พ.ศ.2537 คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตปัตตานี ในด้าน 1.1) ความพึง พอใจในหลักสูตรจากมุมมองของผูส้ อนจำนวน 13 คน ในดา้ นเนื้อหารายวิชา การจัดการเรียนการสอน และคุณสมบัติ ของผู้สอน 1.2) ความพึงพอใจในหลักสูตรจากมุมมองของบัณฑิตจำนวน 42 คน ในด้านเนื้อหารายวิชา คุณสมบัติ ของผู้สอน และประโยชน์ที่ได้จากการเรียนรายวิชาต่างๆ ในหลักสูตรในการศึกษาต่อและปฏิบัติงาน 1.3) ความพึง พอใจในคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตจากมุมมองของผูใ้ ชบั้ณฑิตจำนวน 24 คน ในดา้ นความรูค้ วามสามารถและทักษะในการ ปฏิบัติงาน คุณธรรมจริยธรรม และเจตคติต่อการทำงาน บุคลิกภาพและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และ 2) เปรียบเทียบผลที่ได้ จากการประเมินของบัณฑิต ผูใ้ ชบั้ณฑิตและผูส้ อน เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรโดยภาพรวม ผลการวิจัยพบวา่ โดยภาพรวม บัณฑิต ผูใ้ ชบั้ณฑิต และผูส้ อนมีความพึงพอใจหลักสูตรในระดับมาก และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจในหลักสูตร ระหว่างบัณฑิต ผู้สอน และผู้ใช้บัณฑิตโดยภาพรวม พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน
