Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study the relationships and the multiple correlations between
classroom atmosphere, communication efficiency of teachers, classroom management and classroom discipline
behaviors of elementary school students, and to find out the variables that could predict classroom discipline
behaviors of elementary school students from those variables. The samples of this research were 980 homeroom
and subject teachers of grade 2, 3, and 4 in the elementary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Basic
Education Commission in Pattani, Songkhla and Nakhon Si Thammarat provinces. The research instrument
was a questionnaire, its reliability was .845 - .983. Simple correlation and multiple regressions were used for
data analysis. The findings were as follows: Physical atmosphere setting, psychological atmosphere setting,
active listening, I-message, nonverbal communication, classroom rules and classroom procedures correlated
with classroom discipline behaviors of elementary school students at the significant level of .01 and .05. The
multiple correlation coefficient was .557, pysical atmosphere setting, psychological atmosphere setting,
nonverbal communication, classroom rules, and classroom procedures could predict classroom discipline
behaviors of elementary school students. The adjusted R2 was .303, the predictors could explain 30.3 percent
of the total variance of the criterion variable.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ หาความสัมพันธ์และสหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณระหว่างการจัดบรรยากาศในห้องเรียน
ประสิทธิภาพในการสื่อสารของครู และการจัดการห้องเรียน กับพฤติกรรมความมีระเบียบวินัยในห้องเรียน ของนักเรียน
ประถมศึกษา และเพื่อค้นหาตัวแปรที่ใช้เป็นตัวพยากรณ์พฤติกรรมความมีระเบียบวินัยในห้องเรียน ของนักเรียน
ประถมศึกษา จากตัวแปรดังกล่าว กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูประจำชั้นและปฏิบัติการสอนในระดับชั้น ประถม
ศึกษาปีที่ 2, 3 และ4 ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ใน จังหวัดปัตตานี
สงขลา และนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวนรวมทั้งหมด 980 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น
ตั้งแต่ .845-.983 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอย
พหุคูณ ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ ดังนี้ การจัดบรรยากาศทางกายภาพ การจัดบรรยากาศทางจิตวิทยา การฟังอย่างเอาการ
เอางาน การพูดเพื่อให้นักเรียนรู้ถึงพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสมของตน การสื่อสารโดยไม่ใช้คำพูดของครู การจัดการห้อง
เรียน ที่เกี่ยวกับกฎ และการจัดการห้องเรียนที่เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการ มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมความมีระเบียบวินัย
ในห้องเรียนของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ .05 และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์
พหุคูณเท่ากับ .557 ตัวแปรที่สามารถพยากรณ์พฤติกรรมความมีระเบียบวินัยในห้องเรียนของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา
ประกอบด้วย การจัดบรรยากาศทางกายภาพ u3585 การจัดบรรยากาศทางจิตวิทยา การสื่อสารโดยไม่ใช้คำพูดของครู การ
จัดการห้องเรียน ด้านกฎ และการจัดการ ห้องเรียนด้านกระบวนการ ตัวพยากรณ์มีประสิทธิภาพในการพยากรณ์ที่ได้
ปรับแล้วเท่ากับ .303 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 30.3
