Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the ideology of the personnel of the Royal Thai Navy (RTN) and 2) to build and audit the strategies to maintain their ideology. This research used mixed methods in order to present their strategies to maintain their ideology. In addition, their ideology consisted of thought, belief, faith and hope. Moreover their thought comprised four aspects including 1) work performance, 2) morale, 3) morale relating to military leaders and 4) cultivation and continuous ideology transfer. In the aspect of belief, it indicated that their working aims associated with The Royal Thai Navy’s aims of preserving the institutes of nation, religion and king. In the aspect of faith, it disclosed that they were proud of serving the nation. In the aspect of hope, it showed that they became the soldiers at The Royal Thai Navy for the purposes of preserving their duties on protecting the country. In conclusion, there were four strategies approved by the scholars and experts which included 1) soldier development strategy, 2) work and occupation motivation building strategy, 3) economic and social development strategy and 4) ideology cultivation and motivation strategy.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาอุดมการณ์ของกำลังพลในกองทัพเรือไทย 2) เพื่อสร้างและตรวจสอบ ยุทธศาสตร์การรักษาอุดมการณ์ของกำลังพลในกองทัพเรือไทย การวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน เพื่อนำเสนอเป็น ยุทธศาสตร์การรักษาอุดมการณ์ของกำลังพลในกองทัพเรือไทย ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ อุดมการณ์ประกอบด้วย ความ คิด ความเชื่อ ความศรัทธา และความหวัง ด้านความคิดพบว่า เกี่ยวข้องกับ 4 ประเด็นคือ 1) การปฏิบัติงาน 2) ขวัญและกำลังใจ (3) ขวัญและกำลังใจเกี่ยวข้องกับผู้นำทางทหาร 4) การปลูกฝังและถ่ายทอดด้านอุดมการณ์อย่าง ต่อเนื่อง ด้านความเชื่อพบว่า เป้าหมายในการทำงานของกำลังพลในกองทัพเรือไทยมีความสอดคล้อง กับเป้าหมายของกองทัพคือเพื่อดำรงรักษาไว้ซึ่งสถาบันชาติ ศาสนา พระมหากษัตริย์ ด้านความศรัทธาพบว่า มีความภาคภูมิใจในการที่ได้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่เพื่อรับใช้ประเทศชาติ ด้านความหวังพบว่า การเข้ามาเป็นทหารของ กำลังพลในกองทัพเรือไทยนั้น ล้วนมีความปรารถนาที่จะได้ทำหน้าที่ทหาร และต้องการให้ประเทศชาติดำรงอยู่ สำหรับการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ยุทธศาสตร์การรักษาอุดมการณ์ของกำลังพลในกองทัพเรือ ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบจากนักวิชาการ และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิแล้ว มี 4 ยุทธศาสตร์ คือ 1) ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาผู้นำทางทหาร 2) ยุทธศาสตร์การสร้างแรง จูงใจในงานและอาชีพ 3)ยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคม และ 4) ยุทธศาสตร์การปลูกฝังและกระตุ้น อุดมการณ์
