Abstract

The purposes of this study were: 1) to create a model for promotion of school and community relations, 2) to study the results of such promotion, and 3) to study conditions and factors affecting such promotion. The leader group composed of 25 key persons. The samples group composed of 200 representatives. The findings were as follows: There were 5 stages in developing the model for school and community relations: creating ambience for community acceptance, brainstorming to explore common needs and directions, search for a model, presentation and application of the model, and conclusion and assessment. In organizing activities for promotion of school and community relations, it was found that the undertaking was possible because of the co-operation of every sector. Community member and other involve have satisfaction with all activities was also at a high level. The conditions and factors which supported the organized activities were the leadership of the school administrators, the school’s vision which emphasized participatory administration, the teachers’ co-operation, the community’s interest and collaboration, and the research methodology which emphasized participation. The obstacles were the teachers’ workload and the conflicting schedules of the key persons.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างรูปแบบการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน 2) ศึกษาผลการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน 3) ศึกษาเงื่อนไขปัจจัยที่มีต่อการเสริมสร้าง ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน กลุ่มแกนนำในการสร้างรูปแบบการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียน กับชุมชนได้จากพหุภาคีฝ่ายต่าง ๆ จำนวน 25 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยคือ กลุ่มประชาชนทั่วไปจำนวน 200 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การสร้างรูปแบบการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนมี 5 ขั้นตอน คือการสร้างบรรยากาศการยอมรับของชุมชน การระดมความคิดเห็นเพื่อสำรวจความต้องการและหาแนวทางร่วมกัน การค้นหารูปแบบ การนำเสนอรูปแบบและการใช้รูปแบบ และการสรุปและประเมินผลการจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ใน การเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนพบว่า การดำเนินงานเกิดขึ้นด้วยความร่วมมือของทุกฝ่าย ประชาชนและผู้เกี่ยวข้องมีความพึงพอใจในกิจกรรมการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน กลุ่มแกนนำ มีความพึงพอใจในรูปแบบและกิจกรรมการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนอยู่ในระดับมากทุก กิจกรรม เงื่อนไขและปัจจัยสนับสนุนการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนคือ ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร โรงเรียน วิสัยทัศน์ของโรงเรียนที่เน้นการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม ความร่วมมือของครู ความสนใจและความร่วมมือ ของชุมชน และกระบวนการวิจัยที่เน้นการมีส่วนร่วม เงื่อนไขและปัจจัยอุปสรรค คือ ภาระงานของครู และเวลาว่าง ของกลุ่มแกนนำ
