Abstract

This research aimed to study research effectiveness Prince of Songkla University’s teaching and learning units’ and to compare the results of self-assessment report and that of the 2010 academic year internal accreditation on the indicators on research in the teaching and learning units. It was found that most faculties were rated as very good for four indicators but as needing urgent improvement for one indicator, i.e. research and innovations applicable for use. The results of self- assessment and the 2010 academic year internal accreditation were not statistically different but statistically related at 0.05. In addition, Input, Process and Output Indicators have statistically been related.

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสัมฤทธิผลด้านการวิจัยของหน่วยงานจัดการเรียนการสอน มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ และเปรียบเทียบผลการประเมินตนเองและผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในประจำปีการศึกษา 2553 ของตัวบ่งชี้ด้านการวิจัยในหน่วยงานจัดการเรียนการสอน มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ผลการศึกษาพบว่าคณะส่วนใหญ่มีผลประเมินระดับดีมากใน 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ และมีผลการประเมินระดับต้องปรับปรุงเร่งด่วน 1 ตัวบ่งชี้คืองานวิจัยหรืองานสร้างสรรค์ที่นำไปใช้ประโยชน์ ในขณะที่ผลการประเมินตนเองและผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในโดยคณะกรรมการประเมินคุณภาพภายในมีความแตกต่างอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และมีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 นอกจากนั้นผลการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ของผลการประเมินคุณภาพภายในระหว่างตัวบ่งชี้ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิตพบว่าตัวบ่งชี้ส่วนใหญ่มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
