Abstract

Abstract The objectives of this Participatory Action Research (PAR) are to develop ethic learning activities for the youth, and to study their learning achievements, as well as conditions and factors contributing and/ or obstructing the process. The volunteer target group is composed of 28 youth from Prachabumrung School, Tamot Subdistrict, Tamot District, Phattalung Province. Data collection methods are focus group, participant observation, interview, and brain storm. Various tools for evaluation of the learning outcomes were employed i.e. attitude test, interview guideline of behaviors, good deed diary. The development of 13 ethic learning activities are derived from the core members of Tamot Temple Council and its community working together with the research team. The activities are: mind opening, learning about oneself, tension management, happiness, patience, friendship and relationship, harmony, gratitude, creativity, power of life, caring for the environment, simplicity, and a 2-day camp. It is found that the levels of the youth’s attitudinal and behavioral changes are minimal. Contributing factor of the research process is the community capital, whereas the obstacle factors are limitations of the research team’s skills, as well as their time constraints caused by work loads. Approaches to developing the ethic learning activities for the youth are to begin with the development of understanding and potential of oneself, relationships with the significant others and the society, and participation in environmental development. It is to emphasize on a variety of learning activities i.e. taking action, dialogue, game, and etc.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้จริยธรรมสำหรับ เยาวชนโดยกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของวัดและชุมชน และศึกษาผลการเรียนรู้ของเยาวชน รวมทั้งเงื่อนไขและ ปัจจัยที่เอื้อหรือเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ เยาวชนใน ชุมชนจำนวน 28 คน ซึ่งกำลังศึกษาอยู่ที่โรงเรียนประชาบำรุง ตำบลตะโหมด อำเภอตะโหมด จังหวัดพัทลุง ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้ การสนทนากลุ่ม การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม การสัมภาษณ์ และการระดมสมอง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ได้แก่ แบบวัดทัศนคติ แบบสัมภาษณ์พฤติกรรม และสมุดบันทึกความดี ในการพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้จริยธรรม กำหนดกิจกรรมจำนวน 13 กิจกรรม หัวข้อจริยธรรมได้จากการ ระดมทัศนะและความต้องการของกลุ่มเป้าหมายและการปรึกษากับพระภิกษุและฆราวาส ซึ่งร่วมกันเป็นผู้จัด กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ หัวข้อกิจกรรมได้แก่ การเปิดใจ การรู้จักตัวตนของตนเอง การจัดการความเครียด การสร้าง ความสุข ความอดทน มิตรภาพและความสัมพันธ์ ความสามัคคี ความกตัญญู พลังความคิดสร้างสรรค์ พลังชีวิต รักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม ความเรียบง่าย และกิจกรรมค่าย ใช้เวลากิจกรรมละครึ่งวันและหนึ่งวันตามความเหมาะสม ผลจากการจัดกิจกรรมพบว่า เยาวชนมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางด้านทัศนคติและพฤติกรรมในระดับเล็กน้อย ปัจจัย เอื้อในการวิจัยคือ ทุนของชุมชน ส่วนปัจจัยที่เป็นอุปสรรค คือ ทักษะและภาระงานของทีมวิจัย แนวทางการพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้จริยธรรมสำหรับเยาวชน ควรเริ่มจากการทำความเข้าใจตนเอง พัฒนาศักยภาพของตนเอง การพัฒนาด้านความสัมพันธ์กับคนรอบข้างและสังคม และการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนา สิ่งแวดล้อม โดยเน้นกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย เช่น การลงมือปฏิบัติ การเสวนา และเกม เป็นต้น
