สภาพและปัญหาการใช้ อิ นเทอร์เน็ตของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ใน 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้
Status and Problems of the Internet use in Upper Secondary Students in the Three Southern Border Provinces

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the status and problems of the internet use in upper secondary students in the three southern border provinces. 2)To compare the status and problems based on the follwoing variables: sex, class level, study program, experience and school setting. Opinions and suggestions were also investigated. The sample for this research was 388 upper secondary students in Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat provinces in 2008 academic year. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were then analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The findings reveal 1) the overall status of the internet use in upper secondary students was at moderate level. 2) Comparative status of internet use according to sex, class level and study program. Showed no difference but users experience and school settings resulted in .001 level of significance. According to the school setting, the students whose school was in town used the internet more than those out of town at the .001 level of significance. There was no difference in students viewers on the internet accord based on class level, program and using experience. However, when comparing with two variables: gender and school setting, it was found that male students had more problems using the internet than their female counterparts at the 0.1 level of significance. According to the students views on the guality of the internet access, the internet was very slow and the connection was occationally lost. Additionally, the number of computers was limited out of order while other were out-of-date. The samples recommended that schools provide more computers with high speed internet access and anti-virus programs more service hours.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวั ตถุประสงคเพื่อศึกษาสภาพ และป ญหาการใช อิ นเทอร เน็ ตของนั กเรี ยนชั้ น มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ใน 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต และเพื่อเปรียบเที ยบสภาพและปญหาจําแนกตาม ตัวแปร ดานเพศ ระดับชั้น แผนการเรียน ประสบการณ และสภาพสังคมที่โรงเรียนตั้งอยูรวมทั้งศึกษาความคิด เห็นและขอเสนอแนะอื่นๆ กลุมตัวอยางเปนนักเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ปการศึกษา 2551 ในจังหวัด ปตตานี ยะลา และนราธิวาส จํานวน 388 คน เครื่องมือ ที่ใช เป นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะหข อมูลโดยใชสถิติ คารอยละ คาเฉลี่ย คาสวนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน คาการ ทดสอบที (t-test) และคาการทดสอบเอฟ (F-test) ผลการวิจั ย พบว า 1) สภาพและป ญหาการใช อินเทอร เน็ ตของนักเรี ยนในภาพรวมอยู ในระดั บ ปานกลาง 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการใช อินเทอรเน็ตตามตัวแปรดานเพศ ระดับชั้น แผนการเรียน พบวา นักเรียนมีสภาพการใชอินเทอรเน็ตไมแตกตางกัน แตเปรี ยบเทียบตามตั วแปรดานประสบการณและ สภาพสังคมที่โรงเรียนตั้งอยู พบวา นักเรียนที่มีประสบการณ การใชอินเทอรเน็ตมีสภาพการใชอินเทอรเน็ตมากกวา นักเรียนที่ไมมีประสบการณอยางมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .001 และนักเรียนที่เรียนโรงเรียนในเขตอําเภอ เมื องมีสภาพการใชอินเทอรเน็ตมากกวานั กเรียนที่ เรียนโรงเรียนนอกเขตอําเภอเมืองอยางมีนัยสําคัญทาง สถิติที่ระดับ .001 สวนผลการเปรียบเทียบปญหาการ ใชอินเทอรเน็ตตามตัวแปรดานระดับชั้น แผนการเรียน และด านประสบการณการใช อินเทอรเน็ต พบวา นักเรียนมีปญหาการใชอินเทอรเน็ตไมแตกตางกัน แต เมื่อเปรียบเทียบตามตัวแปรดานเพศและสภาพสังคม ที่โรงเรียนตั้งอยู พบวา นักเรียนเพศชายมีปญหาการ ใชอินเทอรเน็ตมากกวาเพศหญิงอยางมีนัยสําคัญทาง สถิติที่ระดั บ .01 และนักเรียนที่เรี ยนโรงเรียนในเขต อําเภอเมื องมีปญหาการใชอินเทอรเน็ตมากกวา นั กเรี ยนที่เรียนโรงเรียนนอกเขตอําเภอเมืองอยางมี นัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 สวนความคิดเห็นของ นั กเรียน พบวา อินเทอรเน็ตชามากและไมสามารถ เขาถึงอินเทอรเน็ตได เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร ที่สามารถ ใชอินเทอรเน็ตไดมีไมเพียงพอและชํารุด มีปญหาเรื่อง ไวรัส มีขอเสนอแนะวาโรงเรียนควรจัดใหมีคอมพิวเตอร ที่ใชอินเทอรเน็ตไดใหเพียงพอ มีอินเทอรเน็ตความเร็ว สูง เปดบริการให สามารถใชในคาบว างได มากขึ้ น มีคอมพิวเตอรที่ทันสมัยและมีโปรแกรมปองกันไวรัส คําสําคัญ: 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต, การใชอินเทอรเน็ต,
