การศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขการใช้สองหลักสูตร ในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้
The Problems and Solutions on using Two Curriculums of Islamic Private Schools in Tthree Southern Border Provinces of Thailand

Abstract
This paper was aimed at studying problems of and proposed problem solving for the use of two different curricula in Islamic private schools in the three southern border provinces of Thailand. To collect the data, survey questionnaires were distributed to 44 administrators and 356 teachers in nine education areas in the three provinces. The questionnaire comprises of 4 parts, investigating following issues: 1) academic problems, resulting from the use of two separate curricula, 2) administrative problems from the use those different curricula, 3) problem solving through integrated curriculum, and 4) the need to integrate the basic education curriculum of B.E. 2544 and the Islamic education curriculum of B.E. 2546. The findings reveal that the Islamic private schools in the three southern border provinces of Thailand have encountered academic and administrative problems due to the use of separate curricula. This has resulted in the three main issues: 1) students inevitably spending more time to complete their courses, 2) overlapping contents, and 3) increased employment of teachers causing insufficient budget for school development and management. Consequently, Islamic private schools have desired to put solve those problems through the integration of the basic education curriculum of B.E.2544 and the Islamic education curriculum of B.E.2546, hoping that this integrated curriculum will be a guideline for their future education provision.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา และแนวทางแก้ไขการใช้สองหลักสูตรในโรงเรียน เอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในสามจังหวัดชายแดน ภาคใต้ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจาก ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 44 คน ครู จำนวน 356 คน ใน 9 เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามซึ่งประกอบด้วย 1) ศึกษาปัญหา ด้านวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม ในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ที่ใช้หลักสูตรแยกกัน 2) ศึกษาปัญหาด้านบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนเอกชน สอนศาสนาอิสลามในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ที่ใช้ หลักสูตรแยกกัน 3) แนวทางการแก้ปัญหาด้วยการ บูรณาการหลักสูตร และ 4) ความต้องการในการ บูรณาการหลักสูตรการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2544 และหลักสูตรอิสลามศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2546 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า โรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม ในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ประสบปัญหาด้าน วิชาการและบริหารจัดการที่ใช้สองหลักสูตรแยกกัน 1) ส่งผลให้ผู้เรียนต้องใช้เวลาเรียนมาก 2) มีความ ซ้ำซ้อนของเนื้อหา 3) ตลอดจนต้องจ้างบุคลากรครู จำนวนมาก ซึ่งทำให้มีงบประมาณไม่เพียงพอในการ พัฒนาและการบริหารจัดการ โรงเรียนเอกชนสอน ศาสนาอิสลามในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ มีความ ต้องการที่จะแก้ปัญหาดังกล่าวข้างต้น ด้วยการ บูรณาการหลักสูตรการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2544 และหลักสูตรอิสลามศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2546 เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้มี คุณภาพต่อไป
