การวิเคราะห์ส่วนเติมเต็มส่วนขยายรวมและสเปกซิไฟเออร์ในภาษาไทย
An Analysis of Complements, Adjuncts and Specifiers in Thai

Abstract
Complements typically are selected by a head and imposed by categorical and semantic restrictions while adjuncts are not. However, there has been a limited number of studies in Thai literature. This paper, therefore, proposes the analysis of complements, adjuncts and specifiers in Thai using an X-theory (Chomsky 1981) and a minimalist account (Chomsky 1995a, 1995b, 2000). The results reveal no difference of the asymmetry linearization between Thai complements and specifiers. Adjuncts, however, are not linearized according to the Linear Correspondence Axiom (LCA: Kayne 1994, Nunes & Uriagereka 2000). To account for the permissible derivation of adjuncts to be spelled out at a phonological component, I claim that a linear order via the LCA must be established only if elements are in theta relation.

บทคัดย่อ
ส่วนเติมเต็มและส่วนขยายรวมมักถูกอธิบายว่า สว่ นเติมเต็มเปน็ หนว่ ยที่ตอ้ งเติมเพื่อใหป้ ระโยคสมบูรณ ์ ในทางวากยสัมพันธ์และอรรถศาสตร์ ในขณะที่ส่วน ขยายรวมทำหนา้ ที่เสริมหรือขยายความ อยา่ งไรก็ตาม ไมป่ รากฏงานวิจัยของหนว่ ยหนา้ ที่ 2 หนว่ ยนี้ ในภาษาไทย งานวิจัยฉบับนี้จึงนำเสนอการวิเคราะห์ส่วนเติมเต็ม ส่วนขยายรวม และสเปกซิไฟเออร์ในภาษาไทยตาม ทฤษฎีเอกซ์บาร์ (Chomsky, 1981) และโครงสร้างวลี แบบมินิมัลลิซึม (Chomsky 1995a, 1995b, 2000) มุ่งเน้นความสมบูรณ์ระดับอธิบาย ผลจากการวิจัย พบว่า ส่วนเติมเต็มและสเปกซิไฟเออร์ การเรียง โครงสร้างมีความคล้ายคลึงกันและเป็นไปตามสัจพจน์ ความสัมพันธ์ของโครงสร้างแนวทแยง (Kayne, 1994; Nunes & Uriagereka, 2000) ถ้ารูปแทนในส่วน วากยสัมพันธ์ไม่เป็นไปตามสัจพจน์ความสัมพันธ์ของ โครงสร้างแนวทแยง การปฎิบัติการการผสานจะ ล้มเหลวและไม่สามารถส่งต่อไปยังส่วนสัทรูปได้ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่เราได้ยิน อย่างไรก็ตามพบความแตกต่าง ของการเรียงโครงสร้างระหว่างส่วนเติมเต็มกับส่วน ขยายรวม โครงสร้างส่วนขยายรวมละเมิดสัจพจน์ ความสัมพันธ์ของโครงสร้างแนวทแยง ผู้วิจัยจึงเสนอ ให้เพิ่มเงื่อนไขด้านทีตาสัมพันธ์ในการแก้ปัญหา
