บทบาทอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาฝ่ายกิจกรรมนักศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาฝ่ายกิจกรรมนักศึกษาและกรรมการนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตหาดใหญ่

Abstract
การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทอาจาร์ที่ปรึกษาฝ่ายกิจกรรมนักศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาฝ่ายกิจกรรมนักศึกษาและกรรมการนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตหาดใหญ่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาฝ่ายกิจกรรมนักศึกษาและกรรมการนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตหาดใหญ่ ปีการศึกษา 2542 จำนวน 253 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่า t-test ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่าอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาฝ่ายกิจกรรมนักศึกษาและกรรมการนักศึกษา มีความเห็นว่าบทบาที่เป็นจริงของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาฝ่ายกิจกรรมนักศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ในขณะที่บทบาทที่คาดหวังของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาฝ่ายกิจกรรมนักศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก คำสำคัญ : กรรมการนักศึกษา, บทบาทอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาฝ่ายกิจกรรมนักศึกษา, อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาฝ่ายกิจกรรมนักศึกษา This research aimed to study the roles of student activity advisors as perceived by student activity advisors and student committee members at Prince of Songkla University, Hat Yai campus. The sample consisted of 253 student activity advisors and student committee members of the 1999 academic year. The research instrument was a Likerts scale questionnaire. Percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and t-test were used in data analysis. The findings showed that the actual roles of student activity advisors were at a moderate level whereas their expected roles were at a high level.
