Abstract
Abstract The purposes of this research are to investigate, analyze, and construct a model of environmental management skill for primary students in Thailand. This model is developed by qualitative methodology divided into two phases. Phase I: data collected from reviewed documents, in-depth and group interviews from school committee, principal, teachers, and students in primary schools is to be used in model construction. Phase II: data collected from educational supervisors from educational service areas in Thailand are analyzed using the approaches from phase I. The results of this study reveal that the model of environmental management skill consists of three main components: 1) environmental situation learning, 2) environmental management practice, and 3) application and publication of environmental management. It is recommended that the model should be integrated into the core curriculum in schools. Additionally, further research should link the model to its application in schools and develop more approaches to support the model in different educational levels and contexts.

บทคัดย่อ
บทคัดย่อ ทักษะการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมนับว่าเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น และสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และสังคมในการสร้างความยั่งยืนให้กับสิ่งแวดล้อม การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อค้นหาแนวทาง วิเคราะห์ และสร้างรูปแบบทักษะการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมสำหรับ นักเรียนประถมศึกษาในประเทศไทย โดยทำการวิจัย เชิงคุณภาพแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ คือ 1) เก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูลจากการศึกษาเอกสาร การสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์ ประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา กรรมการสถาน ศึกษา ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน นักเรียนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และนำมาประมวลสรุปเพื่อให้ได้แนวทางในการสร้าง รูปแบบทักษะการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม 2) ศึกษาความ คิดเห็นจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญศึกษานิเทศก์จากสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาในประเทศไทย เพื่อทำการวิเคราะห์ เชื่อมโยงกับการวิจัยคุณภาพระยะที่ 1 สังเคราะห์ เป็นรูปแบบทักษะการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมสำหรับ นักเรียนประถมศึกษา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบ ทักษะการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมสำหรับนักเรียนประถม ศึกษามีกระบวนการที่ประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) การเรียนรูส้ ถานการณส์ ิ่งแวดลอ้ ม 2) การฝกึ ทักษะ การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม และ 3) การประยุกต์และการเผย แพร่ทักษะการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ข้อเสนอแนะจากงาน วิจัยครั้งนี้ในด้านการจัดการศึกษาควรมีการ บูรณาการ รูปแบบทักษะการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมเข้ากับหลักสูตร แกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีการบูรณาการกิจกรรม การเรียนรู้และกิจกรรมต่างๆ ในโรงเรียน ในด้านการ วิจัยควรมีการนำรูปแบบไปทดลองใช้และค้นหาแนวทาง กระบวนการเพิ่มเติมเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับระดับการ ศึกษาในระดับต่างๆ และสภาพบริบททางสิ่งแวดล้อม ในพื้นที่ต่างๆ
