The Follow-up Evaluation of the Second TK park Living Library Award Project

Abstract
The objective of this research was to follow-up and evaluate the second TKpark living library award project. Quantitative and qualitative methods were both used. The sample was ten awarded libraries. A total of 669 key informants were librarians, library administrators, library users. Multi stage random sampling was used. Research instruments used were interviewing guideline, focus group interviewing guideline and questionnaires. The passing criterion mean used was over 3.50. Research results showed that librarians, library administrators and users were all agreed that the second living library award project of TKpark was on average rated at high level, according to its overall project, value and benefits. The evaluation of the process, product and output of the project was on average rated at very good level. Librarians, library administrators and library users were satisfied with the project. Librarians applied knowledge, experiences and strategic ideas acquired. Libraries became living libraries and modern lifelong learning resources for the community. Related organizations provided more attention to the development of living library towards sustainable community learning resource, with more collaborative and supportive effort to the living libraries roles and performance pushing forwards to the learning community. TK park should play more proactive public relations, work collaboratively in network model, be the center for the development of living library network, and create living library knowledge. บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อติดตามประเมินผล โครงการอบรมและประกวดห้องสมุดมีชีวิตของสอร. ครั้งที่ 2 โดยใช้ทั้งระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและ เชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ห้องสมุดประชาชนที่ ได้รับรางวัล จำนวน 10 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ได้แก่ บรรณารักษ์ ผู้บริหาร ผู้ใช้บริการ รวมทั้งสิ้น 669 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสนทนากลุ่ม และ แบบสอบถาม การประเมินกำหนดเกณฑ์ค่าเฉลี่ย มากกว่า 3.50 จึงถือว่าผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินผลการวิจัย พบวา่ ทั้งบรรณารักษ ์ ผูบ้ ริหารและผูใ้ ชบ้ ริการ มีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่าโครงการนี้ โดยรวม มีความเหมาะสม มีคุณค่าและเป็นประโยชน์ระดับ มาก ผลการประเมินด้านกระบวนการดำเนินงาน ด้านผลผลิต และด้านผลลัพธ์ พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมระดับมาก บรรณารักษ์ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ ผู้บริหาร และผู้ใช้ บริการมีความพึงพอใจต่อโครงการโดยรวมระดับมาก บรรณารักษ์ได้นำความรู้ ประสบการณ์และแนวคิด เชิงกลยุทธ์ไปใช้ในการพัฒนาห้องสมุดมีชีวิต หน่วย งานที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ความสำคัญในการพัฒนาห้องสมุดมี ชีวิตให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ ตลอดชีวิตที่ยั่งยืนของชุมชน และให้ความร่วมมือ สนับสนุนบทบาทและการดำเนิน งานห้องสมุดมีชีวิตในการขับเคลื่อนชุมชน เป็นชุมชน แห่งการเรียนรู้เพิ่มขึ้น การพัฒนาโครงการให้ยั่งยืน จำเป็นต้องได้รับความร่วมมือจากทุกฝ่าย ทั้งหน่วยงาน ส่วนกลางและส่วนท้องถิ่น และ สอร. มีการประชาสัมพันธ์ เชิงรุกในสังคมวงกว้าง ทำงานเป็นเครือข่ายและสร้าง องค์ความรู้ห้องสมุดมีชีวิต
