Abstract
The purposes of this survey research were to study the status, attitudes and the opinions on the factors supporting the College of Islamic Studies (CIS) staff in conducting the research. Forty five staff members participated as respondents in this study. The instrument used in this research was the questionnaire with 0.86 reliability value. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, means and standard. The results were found that 1) the CIS staffs had experiences in conducting researches which could apply in current social problems. The duration of each research was about 1-2 years, and most of them were conducted in group and was funded by government budget. Most of them hadnt been published in any academic journals 2) the CIS staffs had attitude towards conducting researches at high level. 3) the CIS staff have opinions towards factors supporting their research conduct as a whole at moderate level. When regarding to each aspect, the opinion on resources supporting research conduct was at high level while the opinions on research policy, administration research knowledge, experiences, research sources, budget, research duration and payment were at moderate level. The research suggested that the CIS should determine the practicable strategies to balance between teaching and learning task and research task of the staff.

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานภาพ เจตคติและระดับของปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อ การทำวิจัยของบุคลากรวิทยาลัยอิสลามศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นบุคลากรของวิทยาลัยอิสลาม ศึกษาจำนวน 45 คน เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.86 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่า ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) บุคลากรของวิทยาลัยมีประสบการณ์ในการทำวิจัย เป็นงานวิจัยประยุกต์เกี่ยวกับปัญหาสังคมปัจจุบัน ใช้เวลาในการทำวิจัย 1-2 ปีต่อเรื่อง ทำวิจัยเป็นกลุ่มมากกว่าทำ วิจัยเดี่ยว ทุนที่ใช้ในการทำวิจัยได้รับจากงบประมาณเงินรายได้ และงบประมาณเงินแผ่นดิน ผลงานวิจัยส่วนใหญ่ ยังไม่มีการตีพิมพ์ในวารสารทางวิชาการ 2)บุคลากรมีเจตคติต่อการวิจัยอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) บุคลากรมีความคิดเห็น ต่อปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการทำวิจัยโดยรวมในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีความคิดเห็นด้านทรัพยากรเพื่อการส่งเสริมการทำ วิจัยอยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับปัจจัยด้านนโยบายและการบริหารการวิจัย ด้านความรู้ และประสบการณ์ทำวิจัย ด้านแหล่งค้นคว้าข้อมูล ด้านงบประมาณการวิจัย ด้านเวลาสำหรับการทำวิจัย และด้านผลตอบแทนจากการทำ วิจัย บุคลากรเห็นด้วยในระดับปานกลาง ข้อเสนอแนะของการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ วิทยาลัยควรกำหนดมาตรการและ แนวทางในการสมดุลระหว่างภารกิจด้านการเรียนการสอนและภารกิจด้านการวิจัยของบุคลากรอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
