Abstract
This research was conducted to develop Web-Based Instruction program of administrator, instructors
and learners of the Faculty of Education as well as to evaluate a quality of the developed program. It was
founded that the program was useable in Web-Based Instruction with efficiency and fulfilled requirements
of the users. The findings were as follows. 1) For the administrator, the Web-Based Instruction program consisted
of such important systems as webpage management, database center management, user management, registration,
maintenance and security. The quality evaluation was in an excellent level with high level of satisfaction.
2) Regarding the instructors, core sections of the program referred to course creation, course management,
learning activity management, statistics of usage, communication, file management and user management.
Excellent level was for the quality evaluation, while satisfaction gained the highest level. 3) Crucial parts for
the learners included registration, course presentation, statistics of usage, communication, personal profile and
management. The evaluation showed an excellent quality, and high level was for satisfaction.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมเพื่อการเรียนการสอนผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์
มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ในส่วนของผุ้ดูแลระบบ ผู้สอน และผู้เรียน และเพื่อประเมินโปรแกรมการเรียนการสอน
ผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตที่ผูวิ้จัยไดพั้ฒนาขึ้น จากการประเมินคุณภาพพบว่า สามารถนำไปใชจั้ดการเรียนการสอน
ผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตได้จริง มีประสิทธิภาพและตรงตามความตอ้ งการของผู้ใช้ตามสรุปผลการวิจัย ดังนี้ 1) ในส่วน
ของผูดู้แลระบบ โปรแกรมเพื่อการเรียนการสอนผ่านเครือข่ายยอินเทอร์เน็ตประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบสำคัญ คือ ระบบ
จัดการเว็บเพจ ระบบจัดการข้อมูลส่วนกลาง ระบบจัดการขอ้ มูลผู้ใช้ระบบงานทะเบียน ระบบบำรุงรักษา และความปลอดภัย
ผลการประเมินคุณภาพโปรแกรมอยู่ในนระดับดีมาก และความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมาก 2) ในสว่ นของผู้สอน
โปรแกรมเพื่อการเรียนการสอนผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบสำคัญ คือ ส่วนสร้างรายวิชา
สว่ นจัดการข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับรายวิชาส่วนจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ส่วนนแสดงสถิติการใช้งานของผู้ใช้โปรแกรม ส่วนการสื่อสาร ส่วนจัดการแฟ้ม ข้อมูลส่วนจัดการข้อมูลผู้ใช้ ผลการประเมินคุณภาพโปรแกรมอยู่ในระดับดีมากและความพึงพอใจ
อยู่ในระดับพึงพอใจมากที่สุด 3) ในส่วนของผู้เรียน โปรแกรมเพื่อการเรียนการสอนผ่านเครือข่ายอยู่ในอิเทอร์เน็ตองค์ประกอบสำคัญๆ คือ ส่วนการลงทะเบียน ส่วนนำเสนอรายวิชา ส่วนสถิติการใช้งานของผู้ใช้ ส่วนการสื่อสาร
ส่วนการจัดการข้อมูลส่วนตัว ผลการประเมินคุณภาพโปรแกรมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก และความพึงพอใจอยูในระดับพึงพอใจมาก
