การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบในการให้เกรดของครูมัธยมศึกษาจังหวัดภาคใต้
An Analysis of Factors Affecting Secondary Teachers Grading Practices in Southern Provinces

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze factors affecting secondary teachers grading practices. The sample consisted of 882 secondary teachers in southern provinces. The research instrument was a 6-point rating scale questionnaire. The findings indicated that there were three factors on instrument and methods which secondary teachers used in classroom measurement and evaluation: 1) completion of assignment, 2) authentic assessment and task performance and 3) assessments through tests. The factors on objectives of secondary teachers measurement and evaluation consisted of three aspects in cognitive, affective and psycho-motor domains. The factors affecting secondary teachers grading practices were comprised of two components, student attention and effort for task performance; and academic ability in accordance with the evaluation criteria. There were significant differences among teachers of all subjects in using the aspect of academic ability. Grading through student attention and effort for task performance was not significantly different. Based on the findings, the following recommendation was drawn: in grading practices, teachers tend to use both students genuine learning ability and student attention and effort for task performance. As a result, the use of student grades other than evaluation of classroom learning achievement should be done cautiously and with a mindful approach.

บทคัดย่อ
บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักคือ วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบที่ส่งผลต่อการให้เกรดของครูมัธยมศึกษาใน จังหวัดภาคใต้กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูมัธยมศึกษาใน 14 จังหวัดภาคใต้ จำนวน 882 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบประมาณค่า 6 ระดับ ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านเครื่องมือและวิธีการ ที่ครูมัธยมศึกษาใช้วัดและประเมินผลในชั้นเรียนประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ การประเมินจากผลงานที่ได้รับ มอบหมาย การให้คะแนนจากการประเมินตามสภาพจริงและการปฏิบัติงาน และการประเมินโดยใช้แบบทดสอบ ปัจจัยด้านจุดประสงค์ในการวัดและประเมินผลของครูมัธยมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ องค์ประกอบ ด้านพุทธิพิสัย จิตพิสัย ทักษพิสัย ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการให้เกรดของครูมัธยมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 2 องค์ประกอบ คือ ความตั้งใจและความพยายามในการทำงานและความสามารถทางวิชาการ สำหรับผลการเปรียบเทียบองค์ประกอบที่ ส่งผลต่อการให้เกรด โดยจำแนกตามกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ของครูผู้สอน พบว่า ครูในแต่ละกลุ่มสาระวิชาให้เกรดโดย ยึดเกณฑ์องค์ประกอบด้านความสามารถทางวิชาการแตกต่างกัน ส่วนการให้เกรดจากองค์ประกอบด้านความตั้งใจและ ความพยายามในการทำงานของตัวนักเรียนไม่แตกต่างกันข้อเสนอแนะของการวิจัยคือ เนื่องจากการให้เกรดของครู ประเมินจากทั้งความสามารถทางการเรียนที่แท้จริงและความตั้งใจและความพยายามในการทำงานของนักเรียน ดังนั้น การนำเกรดที่ได้ไปใช้นอกเหนือจากการประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนในชั้นเรียนควรกระทำด้วยความระมัดระวัง และรอบคอบเป็นอย่างยิ่ง
