การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเรื่อง การจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามใน 5 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้
Development of Training Curriculum in English Learning Management for Islamic Private School Teachers in Five Southern Border Provinces

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to carry on needs analysis of the content topics of English learning management training curriculum for Islamic Private School teachers in 5 southern border provinces, consisting of Yala, Narathiwat, Pattani, Songkhla and Satun, 2) to develop a training curriculum and 3) to study the results of the training curriculum. The research process consisted of 3 phrases : need analysis survey of 125 teachers, curriculum implementation with 29 teachers, and supervision monitoring of 2 teachers. The results were as follows: 1) The most wanted content topics that the Islamic Private School teachers in 5 southern border provinces wanted to be trained were ; English learning management through Communicative Approach and English lesson plan planning. 2) The training curriculum consists of principles, objectives, substance content, training method, instructional media, training evaluation and two - days training program. Five topics were covered in the training curriculum. 3) The trainees learning performance was quite satisfactory. Their lesson plans were of good quality. The training curriculum documents were congruent with the criteria. Most teacher trainees were highly satisfied with the training although the percentage point was slightly lower than the criteria level. 4) With regard Songklanakarin J. of Social Sciences & Humanities Vol. 15 No. 6 Nov. - Dec. 2009 Development of Training Curriculum in English... 914 Thipwimol Wangkaewhiran to the result of supervision stage, the trainees were satisfied with their learning management because they have received some good advice form the researcher which could help them to prepare the communicative approach lesson plan more systematically.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการหัวข้อเนื้อหาในการเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมเรื่อง การจัดการเรียน รู้ภาษาอังกฤษของครูโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามใน 5 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ 2) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และ 3) ศึกษาผลการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นครูผู้สอนรายวิชาภาษาอังกฤษในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนา อิสลาม ในจังหวัดยะลา นราธิวาส ปัตตานี สงขลา และสตูล มีจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามขั้นตอนการวิจัย ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ขั้นการศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน มีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 125 คน ขั้นใช้และประเมินหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม มีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 29 คน และขั้นนิเทศติดตามผล ทำการศึกษากับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 2 คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า1) หัวข้อเนื้อหาการฝึก อบรมที่ครูต้องการในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษตามแนวการสอนภาษาเพื่อการ สื่อสาร และการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 2) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหาสาระ วิธีการฝึกอบรม สื่อประกอบการฝึกอบรม การประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม ตารางการฝึกอบรม และแผน การฝึกอบรม ใช้เวลาในการฝึกอบรมจำนวน 2 วัน มีหัวข้อเนื้อหาสำหรับฝึกอบรม จำนวน 5 เรื่อง 3) การประเมินผล หลังการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ด้านความรู้ พบว่า ครูมีความรู้เรื่องการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ ในระดับดีมาก คุณภาพ การวางแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับดี ครูส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจในเนื้อหาสาระของเอกสารหลักสูตรระดับมาก ถึงมากที่สุด เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ และมีความพึงพอใจในกระบวนการจัดการฝึกอบรมระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด เช่นกัน แต่ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ 4) ผลการนิเทศติดตามครู พบว่า ครูมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียน การสอน เนื่องจากได้รับการชี้แนะแนวทางจากผู้วิจัยทำให้มีการวางแผนการสอนอย่างเป็นระบบ
