The Personnel Perception on Organizational Health and the Relationship between Organizational Health and Factors Effected Job Satisfaction at the College of Islamic Studies, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to investigate the personnel perception on organizational health as a whole and each dimension, and the relationship between organizational health and factors effected job satisfaction. Forty five staff members participated as respondents in this study. The data were obtained from the questionnaire distributed to those participants. The reliability test of the questionnaire was .97. The statistics used for data analysis were t-test, One way ANOVA, and Pearsons correlation coefficient. The findings of the study showed that The personnel perception on organizational health both as a whole and each dimension was at the moderate level. Generally, the staffs were moderately satisfied with their job, they were satisfied with five factors at the high level and seven factors at the moderate level. There was a positive correlation with the score of .85 between organizational health and job satisfaction at the level of .01.

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาระดับการรับรู้สุขภาพองค์การโดยรวมและรายมิติ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง สุขภาพองค์การกับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรวิทยาลัยอิสลามศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ ใชในการวิจัยจำนวน 45 คน เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว การหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บุคลากรรับรู้ว่าสุขภาพองค์การของวิทยาลัยอิสลามศึกษาโดยรวมและรายมิติ มีความสมบูรณ์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง บุคลากรมีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานเป็นรายปัจจัย อยู่ในระดับมาก 5 ปัจจัย ระดับปานกลาง 7 ปัจจัย ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมิติสุขภาพองค์ การกับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อ ความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวก ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เท่ากับ .85 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ .01
