ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะของมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงที่นักศึกษาใช้ตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษาในระดับปริญญาโทสาขาบริหารการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงในส่วนภูมิภาค
Characteristics Factors of Ramkhamhaeng University for Decision-Making of Students in Studying Master Degree of Educational Administration Major in Provincial District Campuses

Abstract
The purposes of this study to study the Ramkhamhaeng University (RU) characteristics and factors influencing decision making of students studying master degree majoring in educational administration of Ramkhamhang University, provincial district campuses. The population were graduate students in the first academic year of 2006, studying master degree majoring in educational administration of Ramkhamhang University from 17 provincial district campuses. The cluster random sampling was used to select the 5 provincial district campuses with 450 graduate students. The 42-statement questionnaire with reliability .95 was used to gather the data. The return rate of responses was 83.10. The principal component factor analysis and the varimax orthogonal rotation were conducted to analyze the data. The results of the study indicated that the RU characteristics factors influencing decision making in studying master degree consisted of : 1) the modern technology of educational media and materials factor, 2) the lecturer ability and recruitment criteria factor,3) the university images, 4) the curriculum served as student needs factor, 5) the readiness of text books and information services factor, 6) the curriculum management factor, 7) the tuition and expenditures factor, and 8) placing factor, respectively.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1)เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะของมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงที่นักศึกษาใช้ตัดสินใจเลือก เข้าศึกษาในระดับปริญญาโทสาขาบริหารการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงในส่วนภูมิภาค และ 2) เพื่อค้นหาปัจจัย ร่วมของคุณลักษณะของมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงที่นักศึกษาใช้ตัดสินใจเลือกเข้าศึกษาในระดับปริญญาโท สาขาบริหาร การศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงในส่วนภูมิภาค ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท สาขาบริหารการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2548 ในส่วนภูมิภาค จำนวน 17 ศูนย์วิทยบริการ ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม ได้สุ่มศูนย์วิทยบริการมา จำนวน 5 ศูนย์วิทยบริการ รวมจำนวน ตัวอย่าง 450 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหงที่นักศึกษาใช้ในการตัดสินใจเข้าศึกษา จำนวน 42 ข้อ และมีความเชื่อมั่น .95 ได้รับ แบบสอบถาม กลับคืนมาคิดเป็นร้อยละ 83.10 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยส่วนประกอบหลัก และ หมุนแกนแบบมุมฉากด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยร่วมของคุณลักษณะของมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง ที่นักศึกษาใช้ตัดสินใจเลือกเข้าศึกษา มีทั้งหมด 8 ปัจจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) ปัจจัยด้านความทันสมัยของสื่อการสอนและ อุปกรณ์ 2) ปัจจัยด้านความสามารถของอาจารย์ผู้สอนและเกณฑ์ในการรับสมัคร 3) ปัจจัยด้านภาพลักษณ์ของ มหาวิทยาลัย 4) ปัจจัยด้านหลักสูตรสนองความต้องการของผู้เรียน 5) ปัจจัยด้านความพร้อมของหนังสือ/ตำราและ การบริการข่าวสาร 6) ปัจจัยด้านการจัดการหลักสูตร 7) ปัจจัยด้านค่าเล่าเรียนและค่าใช้จ่ายในการศึกษา และ 8) ปัจจัย ด้านอาคารสถานที่ตามลำดับ
