Abstract
The objectives of this research project were to establish the standards of the participatory schools for teacher profession, to develop strategic plans as well as to take action in developing teachers and schools to meet those standards. This participatory action research was conducted in conjunction with Phetchaburi Rajabhat University, Wachirathamsopit School and Ban-Norng Kang school. In setting up the standards of the schools, twenty-four standards were formed: The input component consisted of fourteen standard related to knowledge, ability and characteristics of teachers, competence of executives, social organization and the potential of the schools in training teachers. The process component consist of eight process standards, covered structure and work administration, personnel administration system, system for media and educational innovation management, teaching and learning system, public relations coordination with teacher training institutions, and educational quality assurance system. The last two standards involved the product component which included qualification of teacher graduation under the 5 year-study program, the know-how of learning management, and the teacher profession development.

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างมาตรฐานของโรงเรียนร่วมพัฒนาวิชาชีพครู จัดทำแผนกลยุทธ์และดำเนินการพัฒนาครูและโรงเรียนเข้าสู่มาตรฐานของโรงเรียนร่วมพัฒนาวิชาชีพครู เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดย คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบุรี โรงเรียนวชิรธรรมโศภิต และโรงเรียนบ้านหนองคาง ผลการวิจัยได้มาตรฐานโรงเรียนร่วมพัฒนาวิชาชีพครู จำนวน 24 มาตรฐาน ประกอบด้วยมาตรฐานด้านปัจจัย 14 มาตรฐาน เกี่ยวกับความรู้ความสามารถและคุณลักษณะของครู ความรู้ความสามารถของผู้บริหาร องค์กรสังคมและศักยภาพของสถานศึกษาในการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู มาตรฐานด้านกระบวนการ 8 มาตรฐานเกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างและการบริหารงาน ระบบบริหารงานบุคคล ระบบบริหารจัดการสื่อและนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา ระบบการเรียนการสอน ชุมชนสัมพันธ์ การประสานสัมพันธ์กับสถาบันผลิตครู และระบบประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา และมาตรฐานด้านผลผลิต 2 มาตรฐาน เกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติของบัณฑิตครูครุศาสตรบัณฑิต 5 ปี และองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครู
