การบริการยืม :คืนทรัพยากรสารสนเทศของหอสมุดจอห์น เอฟ เคนเนดี้: ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการ

Abstract
This research aimed to examine basic information in using circulation services and compare levels of the library users satisfaction in using circulation services and to collect suggestions for circulation services improvement and development. The sample were 378 lecturers, undergraduate students and graduate students, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and F-test. The findings revealed that 1) Most of users were undergraduate students, frequency of using library was 5 times/week, peak time of using the library was 12.00-16.30 p.m.. The users knew about circulation and concerning services the most in book circulation service and they knew about the circulation services regulations the most in the amount of books, periodicals and audio-visuals for loan. The book circulation service was the most userssatisfaction among ten services of circulation and concerning services. 2) The overall library users satisfaction in using the circulation services were at moderate level. The most satisfied service was the circulation staffs. In comparison, the different status of library users satisfaction; the results were at .01 level of statistically significance. 3) The library users suggestions for the service improvement and development were in 3 main aspects : the circulation and concerning services, the circulation services regulations and the circulation staffs.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการใช้บริการยืม-คืนทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการยืม-คืนทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ และรวบรวมข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาบริการยืม-คืนทรัพยากรสารสนเทศ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ อาจารย์ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี และนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตปัตตานี 378 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ ในการวิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าเอฟ (F-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้ใช้บริการส่วนใหญ่เป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี เข้าใช้ห้องสมุดสัปดาห์ละ 5 ครั้ง ในช่วงเวลา 12.00-16.30 น. รับทราบเกี่ยวกับบริการยืม-คืนและบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านบริการยืม-คืนหนังสือ และรับทราบเกี่ยวกับระเบียบการยืม-คืนด้านจำนวนหนังสือ วารสาร และโสตทัศนวัสดุที่สามารถยืมได้ บริการยืม-คืน และบริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 10 บริการที่ผู้ใช้บริการพึงพอใจมากที่สุดคือ บริการยืม-คืนหนังสือ 2) ผู้ใช้บริการ มีความพึงพอใจบริการยืม-คืนทรัพยากรสารสนเทศทุกด้านในระดับปานกลาง โดยมีความพึงพอใจสูงที่สุดด้านบุคลากรผู้ให้บริการยืม-คืน ผลการเปรียบเทียบและทดสอบความมีนัยสำคัญของความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการ ยืม-คืนของผู้ใช้บริการที่มีสถานภาพต่างกัน พบว่ามีความพึงพอใจแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3) ผู้ใช้บริการมีข้อเสนอแนะให้ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาบริการยืม-คืนทรัพยากรสารสนเทศด้านบริการยืม-คืน และบริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ระเบียบการยืม-คืน และบุคลากรผู้ให้บริการยืม-คืน
