ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาที่มีต่อการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่วิทยาลัยอิสลามศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตปัตตานี
Satisfaction of Graduate Students toward Services of Staffs at College of Islamic Studies, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus

Abstract
The research purpose was to study the level of graduate students satisfaction upon the services given by the College of Islamic Studies staffs. The population of the study was 64 graduate students of Islamic studies program in the academic year of 2005. The instrument used in the study was questionnaire, data were analyzed by using frequency percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA. The study showed that 1) Graduate students were highly satisfied services performance of the staffs 2) With regard to the services performance of staffs in each section, the graduate students were highly satisfied with all sections of the college. With regard to the service performance of the staffs in each aspect, the graduate students were highly satisfied with facilities, staffs characteristics and quality of the services and were most highly satisfied with the services of the staffs in the secretarial graduate office while there were moderately satisfied with the library service. 3) To testify the hypotheses, it was found that there were no statistical differences in the sex, occupation, year and program of the study towards levels of satisfaction in all aspects excepted that there were statistical differences in age group toward levels of satisfaction at the level 0.05.

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาที่มีต่อการให้บริการของวิทยาลัยอิสลามศึกษา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สาขาวิชาอิสลามศึกษา ปีการศึกษา 2548 จำนวน 64 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน One-way ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษามีระดับความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการให้บริการในสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก พื้นฐาน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการให้บริการ จำแนกเป็นหน่วยงานและรายด้าน พบว่า มีความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการของทุกหน่วยงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการทุกหน่วยงาน ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการ และด้านคุณภาพของการให้บริการอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้น สำนักงานเลขานุการและงานบัณฑิตศึกษา มีความพึงพอใจด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความพึงพอใจด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของห้องสมุด อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3) การทดสอบสมมติฐานข้อมูลทั่วไปของนักศึกษาต่อระดับความพึงพอใจ พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นกลุ่มอายุ ความถี่ในการติดต่อขอรับบริการที่แตกต่างกัน มีระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการของงานบัณฑิตศึกษา และงานคอมพิวเตอร์ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ ผู้ให้บริการแตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 คำสำคัญ : การให้บริการ, ความพึงพอใจ, นักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา
