การรับรู้ของครูและนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนพันธุศาสตร์ ในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายของโรงเรียนสังกัดกองการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ในประเทศไทย
Teachers's and Students' Perception about Genetics Teaching and Learning in Disadvantaged Thai High Schools

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study teachers'and students' perception about genetics teaching and learning in disadvantaged Thai high schools in academic year of 2004 in respect to 1) difficult genetic concepts for understanding or teaching and learning 2) teaching and learning methods 3) instructional materials 4) assessment and 5) problems and solving problems. Thirteen biology teachers and 120 science program students from 12 disadvantaged schools were selected to answer questionnaires the data analyzed by using percentage and content analysis. The results of this research showed that most teachers thought most genetic concepts for students' understanding were moderate difficult, but students thought they were difficult. Data teachers and students perceived was the difficulties of concepts 56.3%. Genetics teaching and learning methods are explanation of teachers and discussion among students and teacher. Instructional materials are information sheets, diagram and worksheets. Assessments are tests and exercises. Problems in genetics teaching and learning were from teachers' knowledge; students' knowledge and intention; difficulties and quantity of genetics content; and out-of-date and non-understandable instructional materials. These problems showed the necessity of developing genetics teaching and learning methods suitable for disadvantaged Thai high school students in welfare schools.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ของครูผู้สอนพันธุศาสตร์และนักเรียน เกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนพันธุศาสตร์ในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายของโรงเรียนศึกษาสงเคราะห์ในประเทศไทย ในปีการศึกษา 2547 ในด้าน 1) แนวคิดทางพันธุศาสตร์ที่ยากต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้นักเรียนเข้าใจและยากต่อการเข้าใจของนักเรียน 2) วิธีการจัดการเรียนการสอนพันธุศาสตร์ 3) สื่อการสอนและอุปกรณ์ 4) การวัดและประเมินผล 5) ปัญหาและวิธีการแก้ปัญหา กลุ่มที่ศึกษาคือครูผู้สอนพันธุศาสตร์ 13 คน และนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย แผนการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์ของโรงเรียนศึกษาสงเคราะห์ 120 คน สังกัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการในประเทศไทย จำนวน 12 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามฉบับครู และฉบับนักเรียน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การคำนวณทางสถิติในการหาค่าเป็นร้อยละและใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ครูส่วนใหญ่คิดว่าแนวคิดพันธุศาสตร์โดยรวมมีความยากปานกลางสำหรับนักเรียน แต่นักเรียนคิดว่ายากต่อการเข้าใจ เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละแนวคิดพบว่าครูและนักเรียนคิดตรงกันเกี่ยวกับระดับความยาก คิดเป็นร้อยละ 56.3 ครูและนักเรียนส่วนใหญ่คิดว่าแต่ละแนวคิดยากปานกลางถึงยาก 2) วิธีการจัดการเรียนการสอนพันธุศาสตร์ส่วนใหญ่ครูใช้วิธีการบรรยาย และนักเรียนกับครูร่วมกันอภิปรายในชั้นเรียน 3) สื่อและอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน คือ ใบความรู้ แผนภาพ และใบงาน 4) การวัดและประเมินผล ครูใช้แบบทดสอบและแบบฝึกหัดเป็นส่วนใหญ่ 5) ปัญหาที่พบในการเรียนการสอนมาจากความรู้ด้านเนื้อหาของครู ความรู้พื้นฐานและความสนใจเรียนของนักเรียน เนื้อหาพันธุศาสตร์ที่ยากและมาก สื่อ การสอนที่มีไม่ช่วยให้นักเรียนเข้าใจและไม่ทันสมัย การแก้ปัญหาได้แก่ ครูพัฒนาสื่อการสอนด้วยตนเอง นักเรียนหาความรู้โดยการอ่านหนังสือ ถามเพื่อน หรือถามครู จากปัญหาดังกล่าว แสดงให้เห็นถึงความจำเป็นที่จะต้องหาแนวทางในการจัดการเรียนการสอนพันธุศาสตร์ที่เหมาะสมกับนักเรียนในโรงเรียนศึกษาสงเคราะห์ต่อไป
