ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จังหวัดสตูล

Abstract
This research was intended (1) to investigate the importance level of school committee factors, institution factors and community environment factors (2) to investigate the participation level in the educational management (3) to investigate the relationship of school committee factors, institution factors and community environment factors with the participation in the educational management of institutions, and (4) to investigate these factors as predictors of participation in the educational management of the school committee in basic education institutions. The subjects were 324 of the institutions including institution personnel, committee representatives, organization representatives and intellectuals in Changwat Satun. The study tool was a questionnaire. The findings were as follows: The importance of the school committee factors, institution factors and community environment factors according to the school committee in the basic education institutions was high. The participation level in the educational management was high both in particular and in general. The relationship between the institution factors and community environment factors was positively and relatively high at the .01 level of significance. Moreover, the relationship between the school committee factors and the participation in the educational management was positively moderate at the .01 level of significance. The institution factors, the community environment factors and the school committee factors were the predictors of the participation in educational management in Changwat Satun with the capability of 53.0 % prediction at the .01 level of significance.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยด้านคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ปัจจัยด้าน โรงเรียน และปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมของชุมชน 2) ศึกษาระดับของการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ปัจจัยด้านโรงเรียน และปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมของชุมชนกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา 4) ศึกษาตัวพยากรณ์ที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จังหวัดสตูล กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ บุคลากรภายในสถานศึกษา ผู้แทนชุมชน ผู้แทนองค์กร และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 324 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ปัจจัยด้านโรงเรียน และปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมของชุมชน ของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จังหวัดสตูล มีความสำคัญในระดับมาก ระดับของการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาโดยรวมและรายได้อยู่ในระดับมาก ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านโรงเรียน และปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมของชุมชนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกค่อนข้างสูง ปัจจัยด้านคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลางกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ปัจจัยด้านโรงเรียน ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมของชุมชน ปัจจัยด้านคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ใช้เป็นตัวพยากรณ์การมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 53.0 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
