Instructional Process Circumstance Among Secondary School Teachers Upon The National Education Act B.E 2542 under Department of General Education in Educational Region 2

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study and compare instructional process circumstance among secondary teachers upon the National Education Act B.E 2542 under department of general education in educational region 2 which were classified by instructional experiences. The samples were 331 secondary school teachers under department of general education in educational region 2 of selected by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with reliability at 0.86. The findings were as follow : 1) In general, secondary school teachers have practiced instructional process in accord with the National Education Act of B.E. 2542 at high level. 2) There was statistical difference in practicing instructional process in accord with the National Education Act of B.E. 2542 among secondary teachers under department of general education in educational region 2 who had different teaching experiences.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ตามพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ.2542 ของครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในเขตการการศึกษา 2 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 2 จำนวน 331 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเที่ยง 0.86 ผลการวิจัยสรุปว่า 1) ครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 2 มีการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ตามพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2542 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในเขตการศึกษา 2 ที่มีประสบการณ์การสอนต่างกัน มีการปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ตามพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ.2542 ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน
