Students Satisfaction and Needs of Medical Care Services at Prince of Songkla University, Hat Yai Campus

Abstract
The research aimed to study the students satisfaction with medical care services at the Songklanakarind Hospital and their need of medical care services. The samples consisted of 1,899 students at Prince of Songkla University, Hat Yai campus, A questionnair was analysed used in collecting the data; percentages, means, t-test, F-test and Scheffes were used in data analysis. It was found that students enrolled in the health insurance project (30 baht health scheme) and the universitys health insurance project were moderately satisfied with the medical care service. They were more satisfied with the universitys health insurance program than the health insurance program. The students needs of medical care services of the health insurance program, the Universitys health insurance program, and the combined program were not significantly different. With respect to accident insurance, students needed to purchase insurance that covered both accident care fees and compensation rather than only compensation.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาในการได้รับบริการรักษาพยาบาลที่โรงพยาบาลสงขลานครินทร์ และความต้องการรูปแบบการบริการรักษาพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตหาดใหญ่ จำนวน 1,899 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสำรวจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ทดสอบสมมุติฐานโดยใช้ t-test , F -test และทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่โดย Scheffe test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์ในการเข้ารับบริการรักษาพยาบาลทั้งในโครงการประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้า และโครงการประกันสุขภาพของมหาวิทยาลัยมีความพึงพอใจในการได้รับบริการรักษาพยาบาลในระดับปานกลาง โดยพอใจการบริการตามโครงการประกันสุขภาพของมหาวิทยาลัยมากกว่าโครงการประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้า นักศึกษามีความต้องการรูปแบบการบริการรักษาพยาบาลตามโครงการประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้า โครงการประกันสุขภาพของมหาวิทยาลัยและโครงการรวม (ทั้งโครงการประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าและโครงการประกันสุขภาพของมหาวิทยาลัย) ไม่แตกต่างกัน ในส่วนของรูปแบบการจัดทำประกันภัยอุบัติเหตุ นักศึกษาต้องการให้จัดซื้อความคุ้มครองทั้งค่ารักษาพยาบาลอุบัติเหตุและค่าชดเชย มากกว่าการจัดซื้อความคุ้มครองเฉพาะค่าชดเชย
