ปัญหาในการขอเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งชำนาญการของข้าราชการสาย ข. และสาย ค. คณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์

Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัญหาของการเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งชำนาญการของข้าราชการสายสนับสนุนของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ศึกษา ได้แก่ ข้าราชการสาย ข. และสาย ค. ที่ดำรงตำแหน่งในระดับ 6 ขึ้นไป จำนวน 179 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นข้าราชการสาย ข. มีสถานภาพสมรสคู่ มีอายุราชการเฉลี่ย 14 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ทราบหลักเกณฑ์และเข้าใจลักษณะผลงานทางวิชาการเพื่อประกอบการขอเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งชำนาญการ มีประสบการณ์ในการอ่านผลงานทางวิชาการของผู้อื่น และมีเป้าหมายว่าจะทำผลงานทางวิชาการเพื่อขอเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งชำนาญการ 3) ปัญหาที่พบมากคือ การมีภาระงานมาก การขาดที่ปรึกษา การขาดความรู้ในระเบียบวิธีวิจัย การเลือกหัวข้อในการเขียนผลงาน และการขาดประสบการณ์ในการเขียนงานทางวิชาการ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างข้าราชการ หัวข้อในการเขียนผลงาน และการขาดประสบการณ์ในการเขียนงานทางวิชาการ เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างข้าราชการสาย ข และ ค ไม่พบความแตกต่างกันของปัญหาการขอเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งชำนาญการอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 คำสำคัญ : ข้าราชการสาย ข, และข้าราชการสาย ค, ตำแหน่งชำนาญการ This cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the problems in attaining specialist positions of the supporting staff in the Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Songkla University. The subjects of this study were 179 medical and administrative staff with PC level 6 or above. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The results were as follows : 1) Most of the respondents were medical supporting staff, married, with an average of 14 years of experience working in government sectors, and most holding a Bachelor degree. 2) Most respondents understood the specific criteria and publication requirements for the attainment of specialist positions. Most of them also had an experience being readers, and planned to pursue advancement. 3) Their main problems included (a) too much workload, (b) lack of advisor, (c) lack of knowledge in research methodology, (d) lack of research questions, and (e) lack of experience in writing academic papers. There wore no significant differences regarding the problems of the medical supporting staff and those of the administrative staff (p>0.05). Keywords : supporting staff, specialist position
