ความรู้ความเข้าใจและการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรสาย ข ค และลูกจ้างที่มีต่อกิจกรรม 5 ส ตามนโยบาย ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์

Abstract
บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความรู้ความเข้าใจและการมีส่วนร่วมที่มีต่อนโยบายและกิจกรรม 5 ส ตามนโยบายของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับความรู้ความเข้าใจต่อนโยบายและกิจกรรม 5 ส และการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรม 5 ส ตามเพศ อายุ อายุราชการ ระดับการศึกษา สายงาน และกลุ่มงาน (3) ปัญหาและอุปสรรค ในการดำเนินกิจกรรม 5 ส กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ข้าราชการสาย ข ค และลูกจ้างของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ จำนวน 560 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) บุคลากรมีความรู้ความเข้าใจต่อนโยบาย และกิจกรรม 5 ส อยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 74 และ 68.2 ตามลำดับ และมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรม 5 ส อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 68.7 (2) ความรู้ความเข้าใจต่อนโยบาย 5 ส แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ตามกลุ่มงาน (P=0.001) และสายงาน (P=0.002) และการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรม 5 ส แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ตามอายุ (P=0.005) อายุราชการ (P=0.009) การศึกษา (P=0.004) และสายงาน (P=0.000) (3) อุปสรรคที่พบ คือ ข้อจำกัดด้านเวลา ขาดแรงจูงใจ และขาดการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรสาย ก

Abstract
This study aimed to (1) investigate perception and participation of supporting staff, administrative staff and employees of the Faculty of Medicine, Prince of Sonkla University towards the faculty's Policy on 5Ss Activities; (2) compare the perceptions and participations of these groups of faculty staff; and (3) identify problems and drawbacks of the 5Ss Activities and participations. The samples of the study were supporting staff, administrative staff and employees of Faculty of Medicine. 560 were selected as subjects of the study. Data were collected by means of survey questionnaires. It was found that (1) the perception of the policy and the 5Ss Activities of the participants were at a high level while their participation in the activities was at a moderate level. (2) The perception in the 5Ss policy was found significantly different among the groups (P=0.001) and sub-groups of the staff (P=0.002) and the participation in 5Ss activities was found significantly different with respect to age (P=0.005), length of years worked (P=0.009), educational level (p=0.004) and sub-groups of the staff (P=0.000). (3) Problems and drawbacks of the policy and the 5Ss activities stated by the research participants were limitation of time and lack of motivation and lack of participation of the faculty academic staff.
