บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบจากการใช้แรงงานข้ามแดนในพื้นที่จังหวัดภาคใต้ที่เกี่ยวกับสังคม เศรษฐกิจ การเมือง การศึกษา และการสาธารณสุข กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นหัวหน้าหน่วยงานและผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับแรงงานในจังหวัดนราธิวาส ปัตตานี ยะลา สงขลา สตูล และระนอง ใช้ค่าทางสถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า แรงงานข้ามแดนชาวพม่ามีจำนวนเพิ่มขึ้นทุกปี มีผลทางลบ ซึ่งส่งผลต่อแรงงานไทยและการเกิดปัญหาการเพิ่มประชากรในอนาคต กลุ่มผู้รับผิดชอบแรงงานกับกลุ่มนายจ้างและลูกจ้างมีความคิดเห็นด้านผลกระทบทางสังคม เศรษฐกิจ และการเมืองแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านการศึกษา และการสาธารณสุขมีความคิดเห็นที่ไม่แตกต่างกัน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ยังได้เสนอแนวทางแก้ไข โดยให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องเข้มงวดกวดขันด้านนโยบาย และปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายอย่างจริงจัง

Abstract
This research intended to study the impacts of immigrant labor usage on the area of southern border provinces in terms of social impacts, economic impacts, political impacts, educational impacts, and public health impacts. The purposive samples were the cheif officers and related persons in the southern provinces. The statistical analysis were mean, standard deviation and t-test. It was found that Burmese immigrant labor was multiple increased every year, There were negative effects toward Thai labor, there would be population increasing problem in the future, there was statistical significant difference at .05 level in social impacts, economic impacts and political impacts, There was no statistical significant difference in educational impacts and public health impacts. The finding suggestions were the strictness on the immigrant policy and the responsible agencies with unflexible regulations.
