ความต้องการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาของนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตหาดใหญ่

Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาประเภทต่าง ๆ ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตหาดใหญ่ เพื่อศึกษาอันดับของการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษาของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตหาดใหญ่ ว่าสอดคล้องกับความต้องการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของนักศึกษาหรือไม่ และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความต้องการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของนักศึกษา โดยแยกตามเพศ ระดับชั้นปี กลุ่มวิชาที่ศึกษา ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและที่พัก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักศึกษาคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ คณะวิทยาการจัดการ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ คณะทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ และคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 ปีการศึกษา 2542 จำนวน 368 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ใช้วิธีการแบบ Q-Sort การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีการหาค่าเฉลี่ยและทดสอบด้วย H-test ปรากฏผลดังนี้ 1. กิจกรรมที่นักเรียนต้องการเข้าร่วมมาก ได้แก่ กิจกรรมบำเพ็ญประโยชน์และสังคมสงเคราะห์ กิจกรรมกีฬาและสุขภาพ และกิจกรรมทางสังคม ตามลำดับ ส่วนกิจกรรมที่นักศึกษาต้องการเข้าร่วมน้อย ได้แก่ กิจกรรมทางวิชาการ กิจกรรมการพูดและการพิมพ์ และกิจกรรมศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม 2. อันดับความต้องการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนักศึกษา สอดคล้องกับอันดับของการจัดกิจกรรมนักศึกษา 9 ประเภทคือ กิจกรรมทางวิชาการ กิจกรรมบำเพ็ญประโยชน์และสังคมสงเคราะห์ กิจกรรมทางสังคม กิจกรรมศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม กิจกรรมกีฬาและสุขภาพ กิจกรรมศิลปะและดนตรี กิจกรรมการพูดและการพิมพ์ กิจกรรมเสริมวิชาชีพ และกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับงานอดิเรก 3. อันดับความต้องการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนักศึกษาของนักศึกษา โดยแยกตามเพศ ระดับชั้นปี กลุ่มวิชาที่ศึกษา ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และที่พัก ปรากฏว่าไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คำสำคัญ : กิจกรรมนักศึกษา, นักศึกษา, ความต้องการ This research aimed at studying the student desire to participate in student activities at prince of Songkla University as well as studying the ranking of student activities at Prince of Songkla University whether it met the student desire or not and comparing the student desire by sex, year of study, field of study, study achievement and accommodation. The sample were 368 undergraduate student from the Faculties of Engineering, Science, Management Science, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmaceutical Science, Dentistry, Natural Resources and Agro-Industry, in the 1999 academic year. The research instrument was a Q-Sort questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis used average values and H-test. The finding were activities that students want to participate most were: general and social welfare services, sport and health activities, and social activities respectively. Activities that students want to participate less were academic activities, speaking and publication, and religious and cultural activities. The ranking of student desire to participate in student activities corresponded to the student activities in nine activity categories: academic activities, general and social welfare services, social activities, religious and culture activities, sport and health activities, art and music activities, speaking and publication, vocation supplements, and activities relevant to hobbies. No statistically significant difference was found at .05 level along the variable of sex, year of study, field of study, study achievement and accommodation, as for as the student desire to participate was concerned.
