Abstract
The purpose of this experimental research was to study the effects of Global Anchoring base on Neuro-Linguistic Programmimg (GA-NLP) on Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Complicated Grief (CG) among widows losing their husband from the civil unrest in Southernmost Thailand. There were 44 volunteers from the widows who were randomised by criterias and divided by 2 groups: 22 widows of experimental group and 22 widows of control group. The data were statistically analyzed by utilizing a repeated measures analysis of variance, dependent sample t-test, and independent sample test. The results revealed that the interaction between the methods and the duration of the experiment were found significantly (p< .01). The widows who received the GA-NLP demonstrated significantly no lower PTSD scores than those which received no GA-NLP in the control group in the Posttest and follow-up phases but lower CG scores than those which received no GA-NLP in the control group in the Posttest (p< .05) and follow-up (p< .01) phases. The widows who received the GA-NLP in posttest (p< .01) and follow up (p< .01) scores had significantly lower than pretest scores. However, PTSD was reduced, with 68% while CG was reduced, with 66%. It was concluded that the GA-NLP had been effective in relieving the PTSD and CG with the time constraints and also effective for widows who were not willing to reveal their problems. However, it was restricted from language, culture, participation, associate thinking and imagine.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงทดลองนี้ เพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้เทคนิคการสร้างสัญญาณพลังแบบองค์รวมต่อภาวะบาดแผลทางจิตใจและความเศร้าโศกของสตรีผู้สูญเสียจากสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนใต้ โดยก􀃎ำหนดเกณฑ์คัดเลือกและสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างจ􀃎ำนวน 44 คนแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 22 คนและกลุ่มควบคุม 22 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบวัดซ􀃎้ำหนึ่งตัวแปรระหว่างกลุ่มและหนึ่งตัวแปรภายในกลุ่มและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า มีปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างวิธีการทดลองและระยะเวลาการทดลองอย่างมีนัยส􀃎ำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .01) ระดับภาวะบาดแผลทางจิตใจในกลุ่มทดลองทั้งระยะหลังการทดลองและระยะติดตามผลไม่แตกต่างกับกลุ่มควบคุม แต่มีระดับความเศร้าโศกจากการสูญเสียในระยะหลังการทดลองต􀃎่ำกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม (p < .05) และระยะติดตามผลต􀃎่ำกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม (p < .01) ส่วนระดับภาวะบาดแผลทางจิตใจและระดับความเศร้าโศกทั้งในระยะหลังการทดลองและระยะติดตามผลการทดลองต􀃎่ำกว่าระยะก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยส􀃎ำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .01) โดยในกลุ่มทดลองพบว่า ระดับบาดแผลทางจิตใจลดลงร้อยละ 68 ส่วนระดับความเศร้าโศกจากการสูญเสียลดลงร้อยละ 66 จึงสรุปได้ว่า ผลการใช้เทคนิคการสร้างสัญญาณพลังแบบองค์รวม สามารถลดภาวะบาดแผลทางใจและความเศร้าโศกจากการสูญเสียได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมีลักษณะเด่นคือ ใช้เวลาน้อย ได้ผลดี ไม่ต้องพูดย􀃎้ำถึงบาดแผลทางจิตใจ แต่มีข้อจ􀃎ำกัดทางภาษาและวัฒนธรรมบางประการและหากขาดความร่วมมือ การเชื่อมโยงทางความคิดและจินตนาการก็จะได้ผลน้อยลง
