รายการสุขภาพทางโทรทัศน์กับความเครียดของประชาชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร
Health Care Television Program and Stress of People in Bangkok

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between perceived stress of the audiences and the following factors; the audiences demography, viewing behavior, content perception, perception on program format, and attitude toward modulators and participants. This research was conducted using both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The major approach was quantitative conducted by collecting 410 Bangkok residents using multistage random sampling. Descriptive statistics and Inferential statistics were applied to analyze the data. The qualitative analysis was a supplementary study to support the quantitative analysis by using in-depth interviews with 19 of Bangkok residents, selected purposively and divided into 3 groups; 1) women group 2) interested in health care and 3) general public. The data were analyzed using analysis induction, and reported by descriptive data. In hypothesis test, the study found that some factors emerges as significant at 0.05 level with the proposed hypothesis. Those factors were age, occupations, viewing programs and viewing characteristics, and attitude toward patients as participants. Most of other factors showed no significant relationship with stress level at the 0.05 significance. The in-depth interview with 3 groups of respondents indicated that program contents, program formats, and television modulators did not cause stress due to the fact that television programs provide knowledge and help audiences understand health care issues. In addition, the program formats were obviously found to facilitate the understanding of health care issues and alleviate stress level. The medical doctors as modulators established creditability while the lay modulators created entertainment for the programs.

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความ สัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะทางประชากรของผู้ชม พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับชม การรับรู้เนื้อหารายการ การรับรู้รูปแบบรายการ และทัศนคติต่อผู้ดำเนิน รายการและผู้ร่วมรายการสุขภาพทางโทรทัศน์กับ ระดับความเครียดของผู้รับชมรายการสุขภาพทาง โทรทัศน์ ใช้การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเป็นวิธีหลัก เก็บข้อมูล ด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ประชาชนใน เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 410 คน สุม่ ตัวอยา่ งแบบ หลายขั้นตอน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเป็นวิธี เสริมโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก 3 กลุ่ม แบบเจาะจง ได้แก่ 1) กลุ่มผู้หญิง 2) กลุ่มคนที่สนใจ เรื่องสุขภาพ และ 3) กลุ่มประชาชนทั่วไป จำนวน ทั้งหมด 19 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงอุปนัยและนำเสนอ ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ตัวแปรส่วนน้อย ได้แก่ อายุ อาชีพ รายการที่เปิดรับชม ลักษณะการเปิด รับชม และทัศนคติต่อผู้ร่วมรายการที่เป็นผู้ป่วย มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับความเครียดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ตัวแปรส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีความ สัมพันธ์กับระดับความเครียดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยภาพรวมของกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับ ความเครียดปกติ ผลการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกพบว่า ผู้ให้ ข้อมูลหลักทั้ง 3 กลุ่มส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่าเนื้อหารายการ รูปแบบรายการ และผู้ดำเนินรายการสุขภาพทาง โทรทัศน์ไม่ทำให้เกิดความเครียด เพราะเนื้อหา รายการมีประโยชนท์ ี่สรา้ งความรูแ้ ละความเขา้ ใจเรื่อง สุขภาพได้ ส่วนรูปแบบรายการช่วยสร้างความเข้าใจ เรื่องสุขภาพได้ชัดเจนและช่วยคลายเครียด สำหรับ ผู้ดำเนินรายการที่เป็นแพทย์มีความน่าเชื่อถือและ ทำให้ผู้ชมใส่ใจเรื่องสุขภาพมากขึ้น ขณะที่ผู้ดำเนิน รายการที่เป็นดาราหรือนักแสดงช่วยสร้างสีสันให้ รายการน่าสนใจมากขึ้น
