Abstract

Innovation management is of utmost importance to the organization development and the administration of the university so that it is able to effectively respond to the need and the expectation of society. There are two main fundamental ideas to be considered developing of the model of autonomous university innovation management, namely 1) the mission and characteristics of an autonomous university and 2) the concept of innovation management. Related studies reveal that the autonomous universities need to focus on being an Innovative Organization with the administrative apparatus that link to various compositions i.e. the fundamental capabilities of the organization, factors that strengthen the Innovative Organization, the administration system, the mission, the external environment including the needs and the expectations of the society.

บทคัดย่อ
การพัฒนาตัวแบบการบริหารนวัตกรรมสำหรับมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐ ถือว่ามีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อการพัฒนาองค์การและระบบการบริหารของมหาวิทยาลัยให้สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการและความคาดหวังของ สังคมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ดังนั้น เพื่ อเป็นพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาตัวแบบการบริหารนวัตกรรมดังกล่าว ผู้เขียนได้ ทำการศึกษาเอกสารเกี่ ยวกับแนวคิดใน 2 ประเด็นหลัก คือ 1) พันธกิจและลักษณะของความเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยใน กำกับของรัฐ และ 2) แนวคิดเกี่ ยวกับการบริหารนวัตกรรม จากการศึกษาสรุปได้ว่า ตัวแบบการบริหารนวัตกรรม ของมหาวิทยาลัยกำกับของรัฐ จะต้องมุ่งเน้นให้มหาวิทยาลัยมีลักษณะของการเป็นองค์การนวัตกรรม ด้วยกลไก การบริหารที่จะต้องเชื่อมโยงและคำนึงองค์ประกอบต่างๆ ที่สำคัญ ซึ่งได้แก่ ความสามารถพื้นฐานขององค์การ ปัจจัย เสริมสร้างความเป็นองค์การนวัตกรรม ระบบการบริหารจัดการ พันธกิจ สภาพแวดล้อมภายนอก ตลอดจนความต้องการ และความคาดหวังของสังคม
