Abstract

The purposes of this study were to examine status, problems and needs for applications of instructional media, to compare the problems and needs for applications of instructional media, and to study appropriate methods of skills development in utilization instructional media of Islamic Private School teachers in southern border provinces. The findings showed that most of teachers sometimes used the instructional media produced by themselves, for instance, pictures and information sheets.This purpose of using the instructional media was to help students to understand a lesson better. Most of the teachers faced problems in using instructional media: procedures of preparation and selection due to the shortage of budget and incapacity of producing the instructional media. Model in developing teachers’ potential was training. Comparision of status of the teachers in applying the instruction media, it found that 1) sex, there were differences in kinds of the media and media resources, 2) teaching experences, there were differences in kind of the media, media resources, and problem in applying the media, 3) level of education, there were differences in media resources and status in applying the media, 4) teaching profession, there were differences in kind of the media, media resources, and causes of problem in applying the media, 5) groups of teaching subject, there were the differences in frequency of applying the media, kinds of the media, and resource of the media, 6) size of schools, there were the differences in kind of the media, and resource of the media, and 7) provinces of school located, there were differences in frequency of applying the media, kinds of the media, resource of the media, and status of the media.

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยนี้ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพ ปัญหา และความต้องการด้านสื่อการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัญหา และความต้องการด้าน สื่อการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ และเพื่อศึกษารูปแบบที่เหมาะสม ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพทางด้านสื่อการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในจังหวัด ชายแดนภาคใต้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูส่วนใหญ่มีการใช้สื่อการสอนเป็นบางครั้ง โดยสื่อที่ใช้ส่วนใหญ่เป็นสื่อที่ผลิตขึ้นใช้เอง และมีเหตุผลของการใช้สื่อคือเพื่อให้นักเรียนเข้าใจบทเรียนได้เร็วขึ้น ครูส่วนใหญ่มีปัญหาการใช้สื่อในขั้นการเตรียม อุปกรณ์และการเลือกใช้สื่อ ซึ่งมีสาเหตุจากการขาดแคลนงบประมาณและไม่มีความสามารถในการผลิตสื่อ ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการใช้สื่อ พบว่า 1) เพศ พบความแตกต่างกันในด้านประเภทสื่อการสอน แหล่งที่มาของสื่อการสอน 2) ประสบการณ์การสอน พบแตกต่างกันในด้านประเภทของสื่อการสอน แหล่งที่มาของสื่อการสอน และปัญหาในการใช้สื่อการสอน 3) ระดับการศึกษา พบความแตกต่างกันในด้านแหล่งที่มาของสื่อการสอนและสภาพการใช้สื่อการสอน 4) วิชาชีพครู พบความแตกต่างกันในด้านประเภทของสื่อการสอน แหล่งที่มาของ สื่อการสอนและสาเหตุของปัญหาในการใช้สื่อการสอน 5) กลุ่มวิชาที่สอน พบความแตกต่างกันด้านความถี่ในการใช้สื่อการสอน ประเภทของสื่อการสอน แหล่งที่มาของสื่อการสอน และสภาพการใช้สื่อการสอน 6) ขนาดโรงเรียน พบความแตกต่างกันด้านประเภทสื่อการสอน และแหล่งที่มาของสื่อการสอน และ 7) จังหวัดที่ตั้งของโรงเรียน มีความแตกต่างกันในความถี่ของการใช้สื่อการสอน ประเภทของสื่อการสอน แหล่งที่มาของสื่อการสอน และสภาพการใช้สื่อการสอน
