Abstract

This study was to develop the national standards of educational technology for the teacher education institution in Thailand. The research procedures included: 1) the identification of educational technology standards framework, 2) the development of the draft of educational technology standards, 3) the study of the teacher education institution administrators' opinion toward the educational technology standards, 4) the hearings of educational technology standards, and (5) the endorsement of educational technology standards by the National Council of the Deans of Education in Thailand. The research findings indicated nine standards of educational technology for teacher education institution and 34 indicators: 1) the institutional leadership in educational technology, 2) the curricular structure of teacher education program, 3) the technology infrastructure of educational technology, 4) the technology innovations fostering the instruction in teacher education institution, 5) the educational technology personnel, 6) the faculty members' performance in educational technology, 7) the instructional models fostering the pre-service teacher students' use of educational technology, 8) the professional experiences, and 9) the pre-service teacher students' performance in educational technology

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนามาตรฐานแห่งชาติทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาสำหรับสถาบันผลิตบัณฑิตทางการศึกษา โดยมีขั้นตอนการวิจัย 5 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การกำหนดกรอบสำหรับการพัฒนามาตรฐานทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา 2) การพัฒนาร่างมาตรฐานทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา 3) การศึกษาความคิดเห็นผู้บริหารสถาบันผลิตบัณฑิตทางการศึกษา 4) การ วิพากษ์มาตรฐานทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา และ 5) การรับรองมาตรฐานทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาโดยสภาคณบดีคณะครุศาสตร์ ศึกษาศาสตร์แห่งประเทศไทย ผลการวิจัยได้เสนอมาตรฐานแห่งชาติทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาสำหรับสถาบันผลิตบัณฑิตทางการศึกษา 9 มาตรฐาน 34 ตัวบ่งชี้ คือ 1) มาตรฐานด้านภาวะผู้นำทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาของสถาบันผลิตบัณฑิตทาง การศึกษา 2) มาตรฐานด้านโครงสร้างของหลักสูตรการผลิตบัณฑิตทางการศึกษา 3) มาตรฐานด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา 4) มาตรฐานด้านเทคโนโลยีร่วมสมัยสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน 5) มาตรฐานด้านบุคลากรทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา 6) มาตรฐานด้านสมรรถนะทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาของอาจารย์ 7) มาตรฐานด้านรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เอื้อและส่งเสริมการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางการใช้เทคโนโลยีการศึกษาแก่นิสิต นักศึกษาครู 8) มาตรฐานด้านการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ และ 9) มาตรฐานด้านสมรรถนะทางเทคโนโลยีการศึกษาของบัณฑิตทางการศึกษา
