Abstract

บทคัดย่อการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัญหา อุปสรรค์ และกลยุทธ์การดำเนินงานของธุรกิจขนาดใหญ่ในเขตภาคใต้ตอนบน โดยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างจากธุรกิจขนาดใหญ่ในเขตภาคใต้ตอนบนจำนวน 60 ตัวอย่าง ผลการศึกษาทำให้ทราบถึงลักษณะทั่วไปของธุรกิจขนาดใหญ่ในเขตภาคใต้ตอนบน ปัญหาและอุปสรรค์การดำเนินงานในช่วงวิกฤติเศรษฐกิจ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเภทธุรกิจ จำนวนปีที่เปิดดำเนินงาน สัดส่วนเงินกู้ต่อเงินลงทุน และ ผู้บริหารงาน กับปัญหาการดำเนินงานที่มีผลกระทบต่อธุรกิจในช่วงวิกฤติเศรษฐกิจ รวมทั้งกลยุทธ์การดำเนินงานที่ธุรกิจขนาดใหญ่ในเขคภาคใต้ตอนบนใช้ในช่วงวิกฤติเศรษฐกิจ

คำสำคัญ : กลยุทธ์การดำเนินงาน, ธุรกิจขนาดใหญ่, วิกฤติเศรษฐกิจ The objective of this research is to study problems and threats affected the operation and operational strategies that large enterprises in upper southern region of Thailand used during economic crisis. The data is from 60 structured interview of large enterprises. The outcome shows the characteristic problems and threats affected the operation of large enterprises. There is a relationship between types of businesses, operation ages, debt / equity ratio and management team with problems that large enterprises in upper southern concern during economic crisis.
