Abstract

This research aims to reengineer the Islamic private schools in the three southern border provinces of Thailand in order to design a model of quality development. The project has been continually developed for nine schools in the first year, and twenty-six schools in the second year. The research findings are; 1) the quality of educational management, procedures of administration, learning organization, curicular improvement, and student advancement needs to be developed; 2) The potential development for educational management depends on administrators, teachers and students in three areas a) the development of administration and quality assurance for sustainable development, b) developing potential of administrators, teachers, and staff and c) the development of supervision and follow-up of the operational stage and the evaluation of quality assurance through the online information; and 3) The findings of the potential development for educational management are the results a) the result of work-plan and project administration, b) the project and activity and c) the quality of school administration based on basic levels of educational standard.

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการ บริหาร สมรรถนะด้านการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของ ครู หลักสูตรสถานศึกษา จัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนที่ สง่ เสริมผูเ้ รียน ของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลาม ในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยจัดเป็นโรงเรียน ต้นแบบหรือแม่ข่าย และโรงเรียนเครือข่ายหรือลูกข่าย ซึ่งในปีนี้เป็นปีที่ 2 ต่อเนื่อง จำนวนโรงเรียนที่เข้าร่วม โครงการในปีแรก จำนวน 9 โรงเรียน และปีที่ 2 จำนวน 26 โรงเรียน กระจายอยูใ่ นสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ผลการวิจัยมีสามประเด็นหลัก ดังนี้ 1) ความ ต้องการและจุดเน้นในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการ ศึกษาด้านกระบวนการบริหาร ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ด้านการพัฒนาผู้เรียน 2) แนวทางและผลการพัฒนาศักยภาพการจัดการ ศึกษาโดยผ่านบุคคล 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครูและ ผู้เรียนมี 3 แนวทางหลัก ได้แก่ (1) การพัฒนาการ บริหารจัดการและการประกันคุณภาพเพื่อการพัฒนา ที่ยั่งยืน (2) การพัฒนาสมรรถนะของผูบ้ ริหาร ครู และ บุคลากร (3) การพัฒนาการนิเทศ ติดตาม ประเมินผล การประกันคุณภาพผ่านฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศบนเครือ ข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต 3) ผลการพัฒนาศักยภาพการจัดการ ศึกษาของโรงเรียน ได้แก่ (1) ผลด้านการบริหารแผน งานและโครงการ (2) ผลการดำเนินงานตามโครงการ และกิจกรรม (3) ผลด้านคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาตาม มาตรฐานการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน
