การพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานในอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวของ จังหวัดสงขลา
The Skill Development of Workers in Tourism Industry of Songkhla Province

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study the circumstances of the working skill improvement programs, and the demand for skill improvement of the workers, which were provided to the employees. The data were collected from 1,200 employees in the tourism service sectors which were divided into 3 groups, each group 400 samples as the followings; 1) hotels / guesthouses / resorts 2) restaurants / caterings / gift shops / entertainments and 3) tour services / transportation services. The results of chi-square tests on the relationship between the workers personalities and the characteristics of the training programs at the 95% confidential level could be summarized as follows. The types of service, job assignment, and employment conditions of the workers correlated to the training programs which were provided to them. The types of works, job assignments, employment conditions and educational levels of the workers related to the numbers of training programs that they attended within 1 year. The types of services, job assignments, employment conditions, ages and educational levels of the workers had relationships with the training period and the contents of their attended training programs. Finally, it was evident that the demand for skill-training of the workers was not significantly different. The interested training programs of the workers varied according to the types of works, positions, employment conditions, ages and educational levels.

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาวิจัยครั้ งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการ กล่าวคือ เพื่ อศึกษาการได้รับการฝึกอบรมและความต้องการ พัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานที่ อยู่ในอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ ยว โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากแรงงาน 3 กลุ่มคือ 1) โรงแรม/เกสต์เฮ้าส์/ ที่พัก 2) ร้านอาหาร/ร้านขายของที่ ระลึก/สถานบันเทิง และ 3) ธุ รกิจนำเที่ยว/กิจกรรมนันทนาการ/ธุ รกิจขนส่ง กลุ่มละ 400 ชุด รวม 1,200 ชุด ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ประเภทของแรงงาน ลักษณะงานที่ ทำของแรงงาน ประเภทของการจ้างงาน และระดับการศึกษาของแรงงาน มีความสัมพันธ์กับการได้รับการฝึกอบรมแรงงานใหม่ และมีความสัมพันธ์กับจำนวน ครั้ งที่ ได้รับการฝึกอบรมในรอบปี อีกประเด็นหนึ่งของผลการศึกษาประเภทของแรงงาน ลักษณะงานที่ ทำของแรงงาน ประเภทของการจ้างงาน อายุของแรงงาน และระดับการศึกษาของแรงงาน พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์กับระยะเวลาเฉลี่ ยที่ ได้รับการฝึกอบรมในแต่ละครั้ งและหัวข้อการฝึกอบรม สำหรับการศึกษาความต้องการพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน พบว่า ระดับความต้องการเฉลี่ ยรวมของแรงงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สรุปได้ว่า ลักษณะของแรงงานจำแนกตามประเภท ของแรงงาน ลักษณะหน้าที่ ของแรงงาน ลักษณะการจ้างแรงงาน อายุของแรงงานและระดับการศึกษาของแรงงาน ที่ แตกต่างกันจะมีความต้องการพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95
