ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อคุณภาพของโรงเรียนสาธิต มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์

Abstract
การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อคุณภาพของโรงเรียนสาธิต มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ก่อนที่จะนำบุตรธิดาเข้ารับการศึกษาในโรงเรียนสาธิตฯ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองต่อคุณภาพของโรงเรียนในสภาพที่เป็นจริงภายหลังที่ได้นำบุตรธิดาเข้ารับการศึกษาในโรงเรียนสาธิตฯ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อคุณภาพของโรงเรียน และความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองต่อคุณภาพของโรงเรียนในสภาพที่เป็นจริง ในด้านการเรียนการสอน บุคลากรผู้สอนกิจการนักเรียน อาคารสถานที่และอุปกรณ์ การจัดบริการต่าง ๆ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนและผู้ปกครอง วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยใช้แบบสอบถามความคาดหวัง และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพของโรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนปีการศึกษา 2536 จำนวน 159 คน จากนั้นนำแบบสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์โดยการหาค่าความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่าที่ (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อคุณภาพของโรงเรียนอยู่ในระดับมากในทุกด้าน 2) ความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อคุณภาพของโรงเรียนในสภาพที่เป็นจริงอยู่ในระดับมากในด้านการเรียนการสอน บุคลากรผู้สอน และกิจกรรมนักเรียน ส่วนด้านอาคารสถานที่และอุปกรณ์ การจัดบริการต่าง ๆ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนและผู้ปกครองอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3) เปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อคุณภาพของโรงเรียน และความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองต่อคุณภาพของโรงเรียนในสถานที่เป็นจริงพบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.01 ในทุดด้าน คำสำคัญ : ความคาดหวัง ความคิดเห็น คุณภาพของโรงเรียน ผู้ปกครอง โรงเรียนสาธิต มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ The purposes of this research were as follow 1) to study parents expectation towards the quality of the school before their children entered the demonstration school, Prince of Songkla University, 2) to study parents opinion concerning the quality of the school in the actual situation of the school after their children studied in the school, 3) to compare parents expectation towards the quality of the school and parents opinion concerning the quality of the school in the actual situation in learning-teaching personnel category, student activities category, maintenance and materials category, service management category and the relationship between the school and parents. The questionnaires concerning parents expectation and parents opinion towards the quality of the school were constructed, developed and sent to 159 parents of students in the 1993 academic year. The data was analyzed to find frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The result were : 1) the degree of parents expectation concerning the quality of the school was high; 2) the degree of parents opinion concerning the quality in the actual situation of the school was high in learning-teaching personnel category and student activities category, while that of the maintenance and materials category, service management category and the relationship between the school and parents were in the medium level; 3) the significant differences were found between parents expectation towards the quality of the school and parents opinion concerning the actual situation of the school at level of 0.01 Key Words : Expectation, Opinion, Quality of the school, Parents, The Demonstration School, Prince of Songkla Univesity.
