สภาพการณ์การเรียนการสอนภาษาฝรั่งเศสในปัจจุบันและปัญหาการเรียนการสอนภาษาฝรั่งเศสของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ในจังหวัดภูเก็ต
Current Situations and Problems of Teaching and Learning French in Secondary Schools in Phuket

Abstract
This research analysed current situations and problems of teaching and learning French in secondary schools in Phuket province, and the students experiences with French language and French people currently residing in Phuket by means of the quantitative and qualitative methodology. Questionnaires and semi-directive interviews were used to collect the data from a sample of 247 students taking French language in M.1 M.6 in the first semester of the 2009 academic year. Basic statistic analysis was used for the quantitative examination while descriptive conclusion was chosen for the qualitative examination. The findings indicated factors and problems in learning French of the students, their exposure to French native speakers, different teaching methods between Thai teachers of French and French native teachers, and limitations in teaching performance of the Thai teachers despite administrative support for their teaching skill development.

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการณ์ปัจจุบันและปัญหาที่เกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนภาษาฝรั่งเศสของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดภูเก็ต และศึกษาประสบการณ์ของนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับภาษาฝรั่งเศสและชาวฝรั่งเศสที่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดภูเก็ต โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 6 ที่เลือกเรียนภาษาฝรั่งเศสในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดภูเก็ต ภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 247 คน วิเคราะห์ค่าสถิติพื้นฐานสำหรับการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบสร้างข้อสรุปแบบพรรณนาสำหรับการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นถึง ปัจจัยและปัญหาในการเรียนภาษาฝรั่งเศส และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับชาวฝรั่งเศสของนักเรียน รวมทั้งวิธีการสอนที่แตกต่างกันของอาจารย์ชาวไทยและชาวฝรั่งเศสที่ช่วยส่งเสริมการเรียนของนักเรียน นอกจากนี้ยังแสดงให้เห็นถึงข้อจำกัดบางประการเกี่ยวกับการสอนของอาจารย์ชาวไทย ภายใต้ความพยายามในการสนับสนุนของผู้บริหารสถาบันการศึกษาในการพัฒนาทักษะการสอนให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
